We ship globally to most countries unless imports are restricted by your local laws. The product prices displayed on ur website are excusive of any import duties that might be levied in your country at the time of import. In essence, the shipment is on the basis of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) only.
As the buyer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
International Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with an Airway Bill Number. We mostly ship globally with DHL. We might also use other delivery partners in certain situations.
You can pay via all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included. Cash on delivery option is not available for delivery of products outside India.
International Return Policy
We are happy to offer a 15-day international return policy (with store credit/exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for Personalized items, Charms, Build A Gift, Bracelet Builder, Free Gifts, or SALE items - these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Please reach out to us at email@example.com with the return / exchange request along with the product images. Our support team will initiate the return process.
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and ship it back to us at the return address provided by the support team.
- Please ensure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
We are sorry, but at the moment, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.
