OLD RETURN POLICY (until Oct 4, 2021)

We are committed to bringing happiness to our customers.

We offer a 15 day return policy for all unused products with the tags intact and in original condition.

We do not offer return or exchange on customized products. We do understand that you can face size related issues for sales products sometimes. In those cases we will allow the exchange  for the same product of a different size at a small additional cost to cover courier expenses. However, the product should be unused with tags intact for it to be eligible for this service.

Please ensure that items that are returned or exchanged are unused and bear the original tag / packaging. Items that are damaged or modified once the tags are removed may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Replacement
If you received the product in bad condition, or the packaging appears to be tampered, or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery agent. Please note that you need to notify us within 24 hours if you have received a damaged product by writing an email to the support team (support@mysticflavia.com) along with the product pictures. There will be a nominal fee to cover the cost of Forward/Reverse shipping for size exchanges.

The replacement process will work as follows:

  • Step1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@mysticflavia.com) within 24 hours of receiving a defective product as part of the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace your product. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will arrange for a pick up for the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  • Any request for replacement post 24 hours for defect will not be considered.

Exchange of products

We allow one time exchange for products that come in multiple sizes only for size relate issues. Any exchanged product will not be eligible for return / exchange. The returned items will only be accepted if they are unused & in their complete original packaging and condition with no marks, stains, rips or damage. Please email us at support@mysticflavia.com stating your order details along with the picture of the product to be exchanged. The exchange process will work as follows:

  • Step1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@mysticflavia.com) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to exchange the product. Kindly email us a clear image of the product and the invoice for our reference along with consent for proceeding with the return request within 24 hours of raising a return request. The exchange request will not be considered if the necessary information is not provided within this time and will automatically stand cancelled.
  • Step 3: We will arrange for a pick up for the products within 2-4 business days.
  • Step 4: We will ship the new product once the original product has been received and inspection completed.
  • Products with defects reported post 24 hors or damaged due to improper handling /  misuse cannot be returned  / exchanged.

Please ensure that the product has not been used and all tags are intact in case you would like to return the product. A nominal exchange fee of Rs. 199 will be charged along with any difference in the product price. Please be aware that exchanged products are not eligible for return.

Return of products

The returned items will only be accepted if they are in their complete original packaging and condition with no marks, stains, rips or damage. Please email us at support@mysticflavia.com stating your order details along with the picture of the product to be returned in case you would like to return the product . The return process will work as follows:

  • Step1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@mysticflavia.com) within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email us a clear image of the product and the invoice for our reference along with consent for proceeding with the return request within 24 hours of raising a return request. The return request will not be considered if the necessary information is not provided within this time and will automatically stand cancelled.
  • Step 3: We will arrange for a pick up for the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  • Products with defects reported post 24 hours or damaged due to improper handling /  misuse cannot be returned  / exchanged.

Please ensure that the product has not been used, has not been removed from the original product packaging,  and all tags are intact in case you would like to return the product. A nominal amount of Rs. 199 will be deducted for each returned product towards forward / reverse shipping. Additional fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable towards COD charges for COD orders.

Refund for cancelled/ returned orders

Following guidelines will apply for the refund process;

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, refund will be processed within 24 business hours of receiving the cancellation request.
  • For cancellation post shipment or shipments in return, the refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • For product returns within 48 hours of receiving the product following guidelines will apply:
    • Rs. 199 will e deducted towards restocking of each returned product towards forward / reverse shipping.
    • Any additional costs incurred due to expedited delivery ill be deducted at the time of return.
    • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same payment method from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending upon the payment method.
    • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the billing details provided by you. This process will be completed within 24- 48 hours of receiving and verification of the products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Additional fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable towards COD charges for COD orders.
  • For product returns post 48 hours and within 15 days of receiving the product following guidelines will apply:
    • Rs. 199 will e deducted towards restocking of each returned product towards forward / reverse shipping.
    • Any additional costs incurred due to expedited delivery ill be deducted at the time of return / gift card issuance.
    • Either a gift card or a store credit will be issued equivalent to the amount that was paid for the returned product after deduction of shipping related fees.
    • The gift card / store credit will have a validity of 30 days after which it will expire.
    • The entire card / store credit will have to be used in one single time.
    • Products purchased against this amount will not be eligible for a product return / exchange other than for manufacturing defects. All manufacturing defects will have to be communicated to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Exclusions

Please note that return / replacement will not be provided under the following circumstances;

  • Customized Products cannot be returned.
  • Products marked for final sale are not eligible for return.
  • All Beaded Collection / Glass bead products are made to order and are non returnable.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Any jewelry that is removed from the original packaging / transparent pouch is considered used and therefore will be ineligible for return. 
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Damaged products due to improper handling that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If request for replacement of damaged product is initiated after 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return request will not be considered if the product is wrongly sent.
  • If the return request is not initiated from the email id that was used to place the order, return request will not be considered.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for return.
  • Free product provided by brand.
  • Amount paid towards gift wrapping.
  • Products delivered outside of India.
  • Return request can be raised once only for a product.
  • We have the right to refuse a return request if we observe signs of usage for any of the products or products being removed from the original packaging. We recommend that you video record the product unwrapping as a best practice.

PS:

We reserve the right to change /modify our return policy at any point of time. The refund amount / liability cannot exceed the amount paid towards the product.

At this point of time we do not accept returns for International orders delivered outside of India.
